What is the cost of IT support, how do you know if you have the right level or if you are overpaying for IT support? Well often this is a “how long is a piece of string” question. However, we have endeavored to make this more easily answered and affordable.
Firstly, before you decide on a company to provide you with it support; you first need to ensure you’ve spent time working out just what you need from your IT Support provider. If you have an inhouse IT team and you need specialist backup or if you are a small business that doesn’t have the budget (or need) for a fulltime IT professional but still have business critical IT functions it might be worth considering one of the following options.
One off or Pay-as-you-go support
Some people will only ever need one off Pay-As-You-Go IT support and that is fine, at OX365 we charge £65 + VAT per hour for one off fixes, hardware and software repairs. As an added bonus with hardware if we can’t fix it you won't pay. It’s that simple!
In the first instance with software fixes and/ or general issues we will attempt to fix this over the phone remotely, ensuring that you don’t end up overpaying for IT support which could have been solved simply without the need of an onsite visit. If there are hardware or software issues that require our actual ‘hands-on’ or if we need to do off site repairs (I.e. fix your device at our offices) are completed in our COIVD secure workspaces and returned to you fully sanitised. If we need to come onsite to your workplace, we have full PPE and will comply with all social distancing guidelines.
